Through the newly introduced DFD (Depth from Defocus) technology, the depth of field information of each Panasonic original lens at various aperture focal lengths is used as a calculation reference, further shortening the hesitation time when focusing, and achieving an ultra-high-speed AF of 0.07 seconds. In addition, the focus segmentation area of the GH4 has also been increased from 23 points of the GH3 to 49 points, and the face focus has been strengthened to a more detailed face focus.
