Microsoft’s Windows 11 operating system began rolling out to eligible devices on October 5. The gradual introduction of the new operating system means that not everyone can get the upgrade immediately. File sharing update

Cortana “knows you” by collecting information such as voice and handwriting patterns and typing history. You can prevent Cortana from knowing you and clear the information from your device by going to “Settings”> “Privacy”> “Inking and typing” and turning off the option.
Apps running in the background
In Windows 10, many applications run in the background-which means, even if you don’t open them. These applications can receive information, send notifications, download and install updates, otherwise they will use up your bandwidth and battery life, and you may need to turn off this feature. To do this, go to “Settings”> “Privacy”> “Background apps” and turn off “Let apps run in the background” or close each app individually.
All sync
Windows 10 is about synchronization. Everything—system settings, themes, passwords, search history—is synced on all your logged-in devices by default. To turn off settings synchronization (including themes and passwords), go to Settings> Accounts> Sync your settings. You can turn off synchronization of all settings, or you can selectively turn off specific settings.
Auto update
Windows 10 will automatically download and install updates, and you can’t really turn them off. To be honest, you shouldn’t turn them off-the latest operating system is a safe operating system. However, if for some reason you want to prevent your computer from automatically downloading and installing Windows 10 updates, you can pause the update for a period of time. Go to Settings> Updates> Advanced options, and then under Pause updates, select a date within the next 35 days. However, you will not be able to pause again after that until you update.
