Pairing takes only a few seconds

You can turn off noise cancellation by long pressing a button of AirPods, or use the control center on your iPhone or iPad. Swipe down from the upper right corner of the device screen; then, when the control center appears, press and hold the volume slider. At the bottom of the screen, you will have three options: noise reduction, off, and transparency. Tap the setting you want to use.
Spatial audio is an impressive experience
Spatial audio provides an immersive surround sound experience, providing a 360-degree soundscape that can be adjusted according to your movements. This experience is relatively new and can be used on AirPods Pro-just enable the feature in your settings.
